In October 2007, more than 10,000 trading card packs featuring Heroes were distributed to 3rd through 8th grade boys in the Wichita Public Schools. They were hugely popular! Heroes were bombarded with requests for both cards and their signatures.The limited-edition packs each included 8 cards. 

 Boys who collected all 32 cards - or just 8 cards autographed by Heroes - were eligible for prizes. The first 50 boys, ages 8-13, to collect a complete set of cards received a free card collector albums.Others who managed to collect the set received a free "Future Hero" T-shirt. A second set of cards were released in 2009, again distributed to 3rd through 8th grade boys. The second series featured new Heroes as well as Teen Heroes, which were especially popular.
